An annual brand piece for Strutt & Parker’s estate agency department, The Art of Working Together II builds on the success of the first, retaining signature elements such as format and feel while exploring new territory in stories and visual treatments. Taking numbers as its visual theme, the magazine marks S&P’s 125th anniversary with a collection of 125 thoughts, stories and anecdotes that demonstrate the firm’s innovation and creativity.
Results: The first edition of The Art of Working Together generated 40 leads and led to instructions worth an estimated £270,000 – in just three months.
