In the midst of the worst housing crisis in history, Strutt & Parker decided to invest in a brand piece for its national estate agency department –
a bold move that required an equally ambitious response. Taking the ampersand from the name as our theme, we collected together a series of interviews, general-interest features and anecdotes from the agents themselves, all of which demonstrate the firm’s art of working together.
Results: A number of agents have been able to directly attribute new sales leads to &. It has also been shortlisted for Best Specialist Communication (APA Awards 2009).
