For international services company Serco, there is no such thing as a typical member of staff. More than 70,000 employees work across the globe in diverse roles. This makes the creation of a relevant staff magazine more than a little bit tricky. Scoop is our answer to the challenge. With nine divisional and regional versions, we ensure that every issue is relevant to the broad audience.

Results: Of those surveyed, 95% read Scoop and 65% said it makes them feel proud to be part of Serco. Shortlisted for Best Internal Publication (APA Awards 2009).
