With a geographically diffuse workforce, the RFU was looking for a fresh and efficient way to induct new staff members. This digital programme was our solution, with interactive screens and numerous video clips to help educate employees. The original version of the induction programme was in CD-Rom format. Recently the project has been converted into a secure web-based application.

Insight: Design played a key role in making the content more digestible.
It was imperative that the programme was not only educational but also fun
to use – interactivity
was key.
