London Management Centre’s new website had to help change customers’ perceptions of the brand, be fully search engine optimised and cater for a number of specific user groups – including past, present and future delegates, tutors, training managers and HR executives. Our team also undertook pilot testing, creating a test website in HTML which simulated how the finished version would look and work. This enabled LMC to gain crucial feedback from clients and key stakeholders as the site was developed.

Insight: The navigation uses a combination of JavaScript, Ajax and Flash, appearing over HTML text – a technically advanced solution and the result of a fair amount of head-scratching.
