Career highs: Launching the English Garden magazine both in the UK and US and winning the IPD’s International Launch of the Year and International Publisher of the Year for the title. Being part of the team to win APA Customer Magazine of the Year for Conran’s Live It magazine.

Not so proud of: My inability to match the pool playing skills of my colleagues on a recent company away day.
